We've added new Personal Deployments to allow users to keep their mods activated across Chrome profiles and devices

Some users have reported issues with IndexedDB in more resource-constrained environments. We have added some mitigations to help improve performance (#9174, #9176, #9177, #9179)

Users who are a member of a team trial will now see either an "In Progress" or "Expired" banner at the top of every page in the Extension Console (#9135)
Users who are a member of a team trial will no longer be able to activate any team mods once the trial has expired (#9147)
Users who are a member of a team trial will have all team mods that they activated manually automatically disabled ones the trial expires. (#9148)
Remove the AA Control Room integration check for users authenticating with a PixieBrix token (#9107)
Users will no longer see the Update button next to deployed mods when viewing their Active Mods in the Extension Console if the deployed version of the mod is not the most recent version (#9140)
