This guide explains why you might see a banner in the Admin Console and how to fix it

New Teams get a free 14 day trial. You'll see a banner at the top of the Admin Console letting you know how much time is remaining in your trial:

If your trial has ended, you'll lose access to features and your banner will alert you that the trial has ended.

To extend your trial, you'll need to schedule a time to chat with our team.
